Well.. So far we've made it to week 12! I heard my baby's heartbeat via doppler yesterday. This little goober just may stick around! :) I bought a baby sling when we were in California. It's the only baby item I've bought because I don't wanna jinx things.

congratulations on the milestone! i too didn't buy things for a long time...and even the items we got at my baby shower, i kept the boxes and receipts for. in fact, steve just took all the boxes to the recycle drop off today. i wanted to make sure i could return the gifts if we lost another baby. i'm sorry to say that you'll have this fear your entire pregnancy. it does lesson, but the sting of your previous losses will haunt you.
i'm so happy for you beth. you are continually in my prayers. you and this little blessing. how exciting!!
