We went to Church today. It was very hard, as we haven't been too ecstatic with execution of God's plan lately. When we got to church, we sat upstairs. We sat in the pew by ourselves, and as the music began to play, the sun shone in the skylight and the rays of the sun were only focused on Corey and I. As I felt the warmth of the sun, I wondered if that was God welcoming us back. Another oddity was one of the songs sung today. It's focus and lyrics had to do with loving God. The congregation sang of how loving God will ensure that you bear fruit. Was that God laughing at us, or was that a sign that now that we've returned to God's home he will help us in the bearing of fruit?
Just a heads up to God -- We would enjoy some fruit please.
Thanks :)

Alright. I couldn't wait.
your blog was so nice. You must've fallen over when you read mine.
Yours was the blog I should have written a long time ago. :) I felt and sometimes still do feel the same way.
I'm glad you felt the warmth of God's love as you sat their in church. I definitely don't think God was laughing at you! I think he just wanted to remind you that He is still there, despite all the pain you've had to go through.
Don't worry too much about the homestudy. From what I've heard, they aren't that anal about cleanliness and such (your house doesn't have to be perfectly clean). It is mainly just to check and make sure you have the basics...i.e. a room for a child, the proper number of smoke detectors, etc.
Wishing you patience and much productivity as you wait for the first visit!
oops...should have been "there" not "their." I swear...I do know proper grammer! Ha Ha!
