Who in the world let my grandmother make a facebook page?! I have to share what she put under her info section.. I just gotta...
"I also have 3 Greatkids & 1 more in March. Her name is Kate. Conner, Michaella and Cayden. What a joy to see them grow up. I also have a special great grand son. His name is "CHARLIE" and he is with some special angels now & we still miss him & talk about him."
She originally had in her info section "I also have 3 Greatkids & 1 more in March. Her name is Kate. Conner, Michaella and Cayden. What a joy to see them grow up. "
So I reminded her that she left someone out.. So she decided to correct her section by adding the "I also have a special great grand son. His name is "CHARLIE" and he is with some special angels now & we still miss him & talk about him."
Does the new edit sound as awkward to you guys as it did to me?
UPDATE: I sent my Gram some suggestions on how to edit it so it 'flowed' better. She's said she's going to go out to the bookstore and buy a facebook for dummies book. LOL

The whole thing is disjointed sounding though, so maybe not worry too much - it's that new-fangled technology messing her up!

What does "CHARLIE" mean? Why did she write it like that?
My mil got a myspace page and didn't mention Dresden.. and I had to say.. Ummm you actually have TEN grandchildren! Of course I know she didn't forget about him.. but it does hurt when you see a list of kids and yours isn't part of it. I'm sure she's just trying to add something that makes charlie special.. because you know she thinks he is.. I think some folks just have a weird comfort issue with it. I agree with ya chun though.. the whole thing does sound a little disjointed. :) By the way, I thought it was pretty amusing when my grandpa got a myspace!! he even does blogs! It's so freakin' cute! :)
LOL -- I have no clue why she wrote Charlie's name like that... I sent her a suggestion on how to revise it. :)

LOL -- Even though she revised it somewhat, it still reads with the quotation marks and capital letters... but that's my Gram for ya!
my family doesn't really acknowledge my daughter at all. They never bring her up first.
